What's on your reading stack right now?

Current: Allow Me To Retort, by Elie Mystal - A really engaging, non-stuffy look at the US Constitution and how it has historically been applied differently to POC across the country. It's largely a rebuttal to 'originalist' arguments of constitutional interpretation, taking the position that even the framers of the constitution viewed black americans as less-than people, and that until the 14th amendment that racism was baked throughout the entire institution. Goes into detail with (most) every amendment covering the actual text and the historical subtext, and giving details of historical cases that interpreted those laws in varying ways. Def. recommend.

Next: Shoot, what is next? I've got like ten books in my stack right now.
